We will endeavour to accommodate urgent referrals on the same day.
We are a teaching site for the University of Waterloo's School of Optometry and Vision Science, and urgencies can usually be accommodated on the intern schedule if the general schedule is otherwise full.
The results of any requisitioned test will be returned to you for interpretation and discussion with your patient. If your requisition is for visual field assessment, please ensure to specify strategy, monocular/binocular, and relevant refractive data that will allow for use of appropriate trial lenses (if applicable) and visual acuity.
